For orders from my curated collection, I'll reach out to you within 2-5 business days to discuss further details such as material, printing technique, and processing time. If we're working on a custom design, please provide more details on how you envision your cards. We can schedule a phone or video call to discuss all the details.
offer & invoice
Based on your input, I'll create a personalized offer. If the offer meets your expectations, I'll send you an invoice. Please note that I work with prepayment. If we're working on a custom design, you'll receive an invoice for the graphic design before the actual design process begins.
content & designs
For orders from my curated collection, I'll ask for the information you'd like to appear on the cards. You'll have the option to customize the text, add your own text, or receive a text template from me. If we're working on a custom design, I'll send you 3 design proposals based on our previous discussions and the texts you've provided. You'll then have the opportunity to make changes. Please note that this is an individual process, and I'll deliver the initial designs within 5 days. You'll have 3 revision rounds for the selected design.
approval
For orders from my curated collection, I'll begin production after your print approval, which typically takes 3-5 weeks depending on the printing method and quantity. For custom designs, I'll send you an invoice for printing after your approval. Once this invoice is paid, production begins.
shipping
The finished cards will be carefully packaged in my signature boxes and securely shipped to you via UPS courier.
