Reservation Terms and Conditions

1. Advance Payment for Reservation

​

1.1 To secure a reservation for card design services, a mandatory advance payment of €200 is required.

1.2 Customers have the option to make this advance payment using various methods, including bank transfers, PayPal, or other designated payment options.

1.3 The entire prepayment amount will later be deducted from the final order total.

1.4 Please note that in the event of non-utilization of the reserved slot, the entire prepaid amount will not be refunded, and the reserved slot will expire without explicit request and approval from our side.

2. Design and Printing Process

​

When reserving card design services, please take into account the following:

2.1 The design and printing process for a Semi-Custom collection may have a duration of up to 5 weeks. Please be aware that each revision requested during this process may extend the overall timeline by an additional 2-3 business days.

2.2 Upon receipt of payment, the design process typically takes approximately 7 business days to commence. Additionally, work can only begin once we have received all necessary content for the cards.

2.3 For a Custom Design project, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks. The initial project stage requires 7 business days.​

3. Payment Method

We exclusively operate on a prepayment basis.​

2. Design and Printing Process

2.1 The design and printing process for semi-custom collections typically takes up to 5 weeks.

 

2.2 Please note that any revisions or corrections requested during this process can extend the timeline by an additional 2-3 business days.

3. Design Process After Payment

​

3.1 The design process commences only after receipt of payment.

​

3.2 Customers should expect to receive the initial design draft or further instructions within approximately 7 business days after payment.

4. Custom Design

​

4.1 For custom design projects based on individual preferences, please be aware that this process may require more time.

4.2 Allow 7 business days for the initial project in the custom design process.

5. Payment Methods

​

5.1 We accept the following payment methods for semi-custom and custom designs: bank transfers, PayPal, and other designated payment methods.

6. Cancellation and Refund

​

6.1 Please note that advance payments are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part, such as incorrect materials or a discrepancy from the agreed-upon specifications.

6.2 In the event of such an error, we are committed to contacting the customer and finding a satisfactory resolution.

§ 1 Scope, Subject Matter of the Contract, and Seller's Identity

​

(1) The following provisions apply to all contracts between me, namely

as the seller, and you as the buyer concerning the sale and delivery of the items offered by me through my online shop.

 

§ 2 Consumers and Entrepreneurs

​

(1) My offers are directed to both consumers and entrepreneurs.

​

(2) A consumer, in this sense, is any natural person who enters into the contract with me for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

 

(3) An entrepreneur, in this sense, is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership with the legal capacity to act who enters into the contract with me in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

§ 3 Agreements and Information Regarding the Conclusion of the Contract

 

(1) The individual technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract, the contract itself, and the correction options are carried out in accordance with the following provisions.

 

(2) The presentation of items in my online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

 

(3) You place the items you intend to purchase in the shopping cart. Using the corresponding button in the navigation bar, you can access the shopping cart and make changes at any time. After clicking on the order form, you will enter your personal information as well as payment and shipping conditions. Before submitting the order, you have the opportunity to review all the information, make changes – including using the "Back" function of your web browser – or cancel the purchase. Once you have completed all the steps of the order process and then confirm it by clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the items listed on the order page. The conclusion of the contract depends on the payment method you have chosen (PayPal or advance payment) and occurs as follows:

  • In the case of payment via PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal provider's website during the order process, where you will enter your data and confirm the payment instructions. After submitting the order, I will request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. This is how the contract is concluded.

  • In the case of payment via advance payment, your order is accepted by me via email with the dispatch of an order confirmation that includes my bank account information. This is how the contract is concluded. The order confirmation is sent promptly, but no later than 24 hours after receiving your order.

 

(4) The processing of the order and the transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract will be carried out via email. Therefore, you are obliged to ensure that the email address provided by you to me is correct and that the receipt of emails is technically ensured, particularly by avoiding the blocking of emails through SPAM filters.

 

§ 4 Storage of Contract Text and Language of the Contract

(1) The complete text of the contract is not stored by me. Before submitting the order, you can print out or electronically save the contract data using the print function of your web browser. After your order has been received by me, the order data, the general terms and conditions, including the legally required information for distance contracts, will be sent to you again by email.

​

(2) The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

​

§ 5 Essential Characteristics of the Goods

​

The essential characteristics of the goods can be found in the product descriptions of the respective offers.

§ 6 Prices, Shipping Costs, Return Costs in Case of Revocation, and Payment Terms

 

(1) The purchase prices to be paid by you, as indicated on the respective product pages, are final prices plus shipping costs. In accordance with § 19 UStG, there is no separate disclosure of value-added tax in the invoice.

 

(2) Additional shipping costs apply to each order. They can be viewed via a corresponding button in the product description, are separately displayed during the order process, and are to be borne by you in addition, unless free delivery has been promised.

 

(3) In the event of a revocation, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

(4) The available payment methods are listed in the respective product descriptions.

 

(5) Unless otherwise stated for the individual payment methods, the purchase price payable by you is due for immediate payment.

 

(6) If a purchase on account via PayPal is made, I assign my claim against you in full and irrevocably to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. You agree that PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. will conduct a credit check using the data provided before accepting the assignment. I reserve the right to refuse this payment method based on the result of the credit check. You will be informed of this during the checkout process. If the purchase on account via PayPal is approved, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. accepts the assignment, so that payments that discharge the debt can only be made to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. The payment period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.

§ 7 Delivery Conditions

​

The delivery conditions, delivery date, and any existing delivery restrictions can be found in the respective product description. Unless a different deadline is specified in the product description, delivery of the goods will be made within two weeks after the conclusion of the contract, but only after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment is agreed.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights for the goods apply.

§ 9 Dispute Resolution / Online Dispute Resolution (OS) Platform

(1) The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (known as the ODR platform) accessible at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers can use this platform to resolve disputes related to online purchases or service contracts concluded through electronic commerce.

(2) I am not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
